Guarantee and Returns

If it cannot only satisfied of his purchase dipone of a term of 7 days from the date of receipt of the same one to execute his right of return.

To realize a return the product must be in perfect conditions and in his original packing. Once received the return and verified the condition of the products we will proceed to the return of the amount of the same one by means of Bank Transfer.

The postage and handling and return are chargeable to the client, as well as his own additional expenses provoked by the same one since  they are called a telephone, time used in managing the return, etc.
